1/2 cup fresh plain nonfat yogurt, 1 1/2 cup water, 1/8 tsp cardamom, pinch ground ginger 1 tsp rosewater, Sweeten to taste with raw honey, organic sugar or Agave nectar. Combine yogurt, water, cardamom, ginger, rosewater and sweetener in blender. Blend for 30 seconds and drink at room temperature. Lassi is a traditional Ayurvedic drink that aids digestion.
